Mastering the ICT Silver Bullet Strategy: Real-time London Session Execution

The Silver Bullet Time Windows

The ICT Silver Bullet is a time-based model focusing on specific hours when high institutional activity guarantees liquidity sweeps. The windows are:

  • London Open: 3:00 AM - 4:00 AM EST
  • New York AM Session: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST
  • New York PM Session: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST

The Setup Checklist

To execute a Silver Bullet setup, look for:

  1. Clear liquidity sweep of previous session highs/lows prior to the time window.
  2. Market structure shift (MSS) with displacement during the hour window.
  3. An active Fair Value Gap (FVG) formed during the displacement leg.

Place your entry at the open of the FVG, with the stop loss set just beyond the swing high or low that initiated the displacement.
